Synopsis
11:58 PM, October 31st, Area 51. A fax from Washington: Halloween is cancelled, the base is already scary enough. Then the invisible guard puts on a bedsheet and, for the first time in weeks, someone can see him. Trick-or-treaters with antennas, a tax auditor from Hangar 18, a real ghost looking for the cafeteria since 1954… and a brand new memo. Phil logs it all as weather.
CAM 04 is the security-camera spin-off of Skeeter & Dunk: two bored Area 51 guards, a government that faxes everything, and a lot of things logged as weather.
